Rentora is a technology platform that connects users with independent vehicle owners. Rentora does not own, operate, inspect, or maintain any vehicles listed on the platform.
A booking is confirmed only after acceptance by the vehicle owner. Either party may cancel a booking before vehicle pickup. Rentora is not responsible for disputes arising from cancellations or rejections.
Rentora does not collect, process, or facilitate payments within the application. All rental payments, deposits, or settlements are handled directly between the user and the vehicle owner.
Rentora shall not be liable for any accidents, injuries, vehicle damage, theft, legal violations, or disputes between users and vehicle owners. Users are advised to verify vehicle condition and documents prior to use.
Rentora reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating these Terms or misusing the platform.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
