Rentora accesses location data only when the application is actively in use. We do not collect location data in the background or when the app is closed.
User information is shared only with the respective vehicle owner after a booking is initiated, solely for communication and service fulfillment. Rentora does not sell, rent, or share personal data with advertisers or marketing companies.
Rentora does not collect or process payments within the application. All rental payments are handled directly between users and vehicle owners.
We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, no digital platform can guarantee absolute security.
Rentora uses trusted third-party services such as Firebase for authentication and notifications, and Google Maps for location-based features. These services collect and process data according to their own privacy policies.
Rentora is intended only for individuals aged 18 years and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
Users can request deletion of their Rentora account and associated personal data by emailing us at rentoraofficials@gmail.com from their registered email address. Account deletion requests are processed within 7 working days.
We retain user data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by applicable laws. Once an account is deleted, associated personal data is permanently removed from our systems.
